FENCING
This past year the Fencing Club hosted their extremely successful Fall and Spring Annual Tournaments. Thanks to a strong support group and the use of the beautiful Prescott Resort, athletes from all over Southwestern United States were treated to exciting and well run competitions. This past year several of the club’s athletes qualified to the 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 National Championships. FENCING CLUB meets every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm! Here’s a sport that develops athleticism, concentration, agility, balance and coordination all in one activity. Best of all, it’s fun!!! The rapidly growing Salle d’Escrime (Fencing Club) of Prescott is one of the premier fencing clubs of Arizona. Pat Waples, who received her training at the USOC training center in Colorado Springs, has developed a very successful group of athletes from age eight to ...well... lets just say that the club could be represented well in the Senior Olympics, and proudly!
