GROUP CYCLING is an athletic training program designed to provide a ll levels of students with a fun, safe and challenging workout. Instructors will help students to familiarize themselves with the bike and it’s safe operation. There is no competition in class, each student trains at the level at which they feel most comfortable. Group Cycling can involve the use of mind/body techniques to enhance student performance and give the training session an internal focus, as well as a physical workout.
Those wishing to take a class must sign up at the Front Desk. Reservations for a class are taken in person or over the phone, no more that 48 hours before the class. Students may only sign up for one class at a time.
